- Data Backup and Recovery: Recommendations on data backup strategies, with third-party service implementations.
- Cloud Services Integration: Assessment and management of cloud service migration through trusted partners.

Note: Some of our services are provided through third-party partners. While we coordinate services, third-party T&Cs apply.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due within 7 days of receiving an invoice.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer.
- Late payments may incur a 10% handling fee at the company’s discretion.
- Written or verbal quotes can be provided upon request.
5. Service Delivery
- Timeframes will be agreed upon with the client before starting work.
- Delays caused by client actions (e.g., incomplete information) or external factors (e.g., technical issues, force majeure) may affect delivery schedules.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are not applicable. If services do not meet client expectations, we will provide additional work to ensure satisfaction.
- For cancelled services after work has begun, the client will be billed for time spent.
- Certain services (e.g., domain registration, web hosting) are non-refundable.
7. Liability
- Third-party services (e.g., domain hosting) are subject to their respective T&Cs. Hayman IT Solutions is not liable for issues arising from third-party services.
- We strive to deliver services to the best of our ability. Any disputes will be addressed through best-effort resolutions, aiming for an amicable solution.
- Limitation of liability: Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in dispute.
8. Use of Website

9. Intellectual Property
- All work provided by Hayman IT Solutions is owned by the client upon full payment unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

10. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement if:
- Invoices remain unpaid.
- Client requests for information go unanswered for more than 4 weeks.
- Services are not up to the agreed standard.
- A 1-week notice is required unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Australian laws.

Our website and services may reference or link to third-party services (e.g., Office 365, TeamViewer). Hayman IT Solutions is not responsible for third-party services. Payments for these services are made directly to the third-party provider.
13. Dispute Resolution
We will make every effort to resolve disputes directly with our clients. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, other forms of resolution may be considered.
